Meet Janet

Licensed since 2005, Janet Wright is a real estate agent and Realtor serving Placer County and Northeast Sacramento, including Carmichael, Fair Oaks, Citrus Heights, Roseville, Rocklin, Lincoln, Granite Bay, and surrounding communities.

Janet works with both buyers and sellers, representing first-time homebuyers, experienced homeowners, multi-property buyers, and investors. She also works closely with sellers to prepare their homes for the market, determine accurate pricing, and position their properties to attract strong offers. Her experience includes relocation, downsizing, trust and probate sales, senior moves, and investment property transactions.
