Janet was amazing in every way, and I know that I would not have my house today if it weren't for her. It was a very difficult transaction on all sides, from the financing to seller issues, and Janet handled everything with speed, thoroughness, utmost tact and professionalism, and the devotion and resolve of a gladiator. We found a house the first day we went l met her on a Sunday and found the house we wanted the very same day. Placed an offer the next day and two days later the offer was accepted. Janet's joy of her job made it fun for us. During the entire closing process, she malt us up to date and helped with any questions we had no matter what time we contacted her. Janet went over and above what your typical agent would do. My wife and she would text each other at 10:00 at night with questions. She worked around our schedules, which are pretty full. We know that this sale would not have happened if not for Janet.

She was instrumental in helping us find and purchase the perfect property in Napa despite our needs changing over the years. Her professionalism and attention to detail made shopping/buying a home while living in New York an extremely comfortable process with little hesitation we were able to find the perfect home, write an excepted offer all before setting foot back in California. Her carefully selected network of contacts also made this purchase seamless as we were able to get through inspections, contingencies and rental with ease. Without hesitation we would hire Janet again but hopefully we get to move back to California soon and enjoy our perfect home! Our only criticism is we would have appreciated a firmer guidance on purchase price when negotiating.

I believe we had some serious glitches due to the buyers financial company, but Janet was tenacious -- she brought the process to a closing. I described it to a friend that it seemed like the deal was actually hurtling over a cliff --that we would have to return to "square one" and start all over again. But Janet reached out and grabbed the thing before it crashed and pulled it back to a professional and pleasant closing, not only for me as the seller, but, I believe, for the buyers as well. I am very appreciative of her efforts for me, which includes the objective counsel she gave me. I know nothing about the nuances of real estate, and was very thankful I had an honest, competent Realtor in my corner. Janet was in my corner throughout the entire process; never once did I question her integrity or suspect that she was losing interest in helping me. I never felt pushed into something, she explained things articulately with patience. I believe she is a rare Realtor, truly invested in the interests of her client(s), willing to do whatever it takes to help that client advance towards his/her goals. (One of the points I observed was the difference between her documents and those I reviewed from other real estate agents. Her docs were always impeccable, never hand written. I understand this is a minor point, but as a musician interested in detail, I was still very impressed.) It was a privilege to work with Janet and her group. I regret that I won't be able to have her as my Realtor when I'm ready to buy in mid-year, 2014. But the last I heard, she doesn't work in Nebraska!
